Refund policy

We're sorry, but all sales are FINAL. Items are made to order. Please ensure you are double checking to make sure you are ordering the correct size and color at check out.

You can always contact us for any return question at xrottencity@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at xRottenCity@gmail.com, if the item is defective, you haven't received it, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP. We don't require you to return the damaged item, you may keep it. We will still send another one out.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We're sorry, but all sales are FINAL. Items are made to order. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size and color at checkout. We will, however replace items that are damaged in the mail or lost. We will require proof if damaged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank You
